Maria is a Recruitment Consultant who has also worked for several years as a Senior Business Support and Delivery Consultant supporting key accounts in the Technology sector, where she helped us in recruiting dozens of IT specialists for our client. She re-joins us and would be engaged in end-to-end Recruitment and Screening of candidates for her assigned projects.
She has got almost two decades of experience in human resources, with more than 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She has worked with some of the biggest recruitment and consulting brands such as Mercuri Urval, RGF across the Asia Pacific and earlier with Accenture. She has lived and worked in the Philippines and Singapore before moving to New Zealand with her family, and took citizenship afterwards.
She specialises in conducting extensive sourcing, talent mapping, headhunting, networking, research, business intelligence and database mining. She has sourced middle to senior-level candidates for various roles within financial services, manufacturing, IT, and oil & gas industries throughout the region. She has handled various roles – Marine, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Construction, Accounting & Finance, and has conducted cross-border sourcing and recruitment for roles based in New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, India, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
Maria is from the Philippines and currently lives in New Zealand. Maria is a Psychology graduate.
